AI compresses the work. It doesn't compress the coordination.

The Uncomfortable Truth: We're Not Ready for AI-Speed Everything
I spent months coding with Claude at 200 mph. It spoiled me. I expected everything to work that way.

You can't make humans AI-fast. You shouldn't make AI wait for humans in real-time.

In Formula 1, the driver races at 200 mph—alone, in real-time, making split-second decisions. The pit crew doesn't ride along giving advice during the race. That would be insane.
Instead, the pit crew:

That's not slow. That's just human-scale. And no amount of AI will change that.
