Our family
Maple Hollow is Sam & Rosa Hartley, their daughter June, and Eli Brenner — who came up through the apprentice program and never left. Between the four of them they plan the crops, run the wash-pack line, tend the orchard, and answer every email you send. When you join the CSA, these are the hands that grew your food.
Sam Hartley
Co-owner & Grower
Sam left a machinist job in 2014 to put the family's forty acres back into vegetables. He plans every crop rotation on a legal pad at the kitchen table and still tastes the first tomato of the year before anyone else.
Rosa Hartley
Co-owner & Member Care
Rosa runs the CSA — the share sign-ups, the pickup sites, and the newsletter members actually read. If your box was light one week, she already knows and there is a note in it.
Eli Brenner
Field Manager
Eli came up through the apprentice program three seasons ago and never left. He runs the wash-pack line and knows every bed by name, weeds and all.
June Hartley
Orchard & Farm Stand
Sam and Rosa’s oldest, June came home after college to bring back the old apple block. She runs the farm stand, the u-pick weekends, and the cider press every October.
Come meet us at the farm stand
The red barn stand is open Wednesdays and Saturdays all season. Stop by, meet the family, taste what's ripe, and see where your box comes from.
